Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, creating a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, many of whom face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will work with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges, making your role integral to their psychological resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing client care through open communication and teamwork.

• Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technological tools for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
