Reports To: Director of Operations
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000

Role Summary

Manages day-to-day EMS operations , supervising shift managers and frontline execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise 3-4 Shift Managers.
Ensure staffing coverage and operational execution.
Handle daily escalations.
Support hiring and onboarding.
Enforce standards and performance metrics.

Ideal Background

EMS or ambulance operations management experience.
Strong people leadership.
Comfortable with high-pressure environments.
