The Electrical Foreman oversees and directs medium-sized electrical crews, typically ranging from 6 to 15 team members, on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and retail. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the foreman ensures the team adheres to safety standards and project specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout all phases of electrical installation work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate medium-sized electrical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Oversee electrical installations and conduct quality control inspections.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with the Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Develop and manage work schedules and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical work.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License.
• OSHA Safety Certification.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and blueprint reading.
• Project management and safety compliance expertise.
• Strong team leadership and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective time management and communication abilities.
