Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, people-focused  Onsite Coordinator to support daily operations at our client site. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for associates, providing support, ensuring attendance, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced setting.

This position will be located at our Irving facility, but must be flexible to train at our Lewisville Site.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the  main point of contact for onsite associates and client leadership
• Greet employees daily and foster a  welcoming, positive environment
• Monitor attendance, track call-offs, and communicate staffing needs
• Assist with  new hire onboarding , orientations, and first-day check-ins
• Address associate concerns, questions, and basic HR-related needs
• Conduct regular  floor walks to engage associates and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports
• Support shift coverage needs and communicate updates to leadership
• Promote safety, policy adherence, and workplace expectations

Qualifications

• Strong  interpersonal and communication skills (must be a true “people person”)
• Ability to  build relationships quickly and maintain professionalism
• Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a  fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, tracking logs)
• No staffing experience required – training will be provided

Schedule & Flexibility

• Must be  flexible to work varying shifts based on client needs
• 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

• Ability to adapt to schedule changes with short notice is essential
