Wire Manufacturing SupervisorLocation: Onsite in Lewisville, TX – Manufacturing Environment Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs per week (overtime as needed) TEMP-TO-HIREOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Wire Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations within a wire production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing personnel, equipment, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on CNC experience along with strong leadership skills to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & SupervisionSupervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet production, quality, and safety goalsCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily targetsSupport hiring, performance management, and employee development initiativesPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementOperations & Technical OversightOversee setup, programming, and operation of CNC wire forming and bending equipmentTroubleshoot equipment issues and adjust machine parameters as neededEnsure proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of tools and machineryMonitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product qualityQuality, Safety & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresInspect materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specificationsIdentify production issues and implement corrective actionsSupport LEAN initiatives and process improvement effortsTraining & DevelopmentTrain and mentor team members on equipment, safety, and best practicesSupport onboarding and ongoing skill development for employeesAdministrative ResponsibilitiesManage work orders, production documentation, and reportingUtilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reportingMaintain time and attendance recordsQualificationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2+ years of manufacturing or production experienceMinimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceExperience with CNC programming, machine setup, or wire manufacturing preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsHands-on experience with CNC equipment and manufacturing processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesSolid math and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsMechanically inclined with ability to use hand toolsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentAdditional RequirementsAbility to lift 30–50 lbsReliable transportationWillingness to work overtime as neededAbility to pass pre-employment screeningPreferred QualificationsExperience with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvementFamiliarity with OSHA and workplace safety standardsExperience with wire forming, bending, or metal fabrication processesBilingual abilities are a plus
