Regional Sales Manager

About the Role The Regional Sales Manager will recruit, train, and manage a network of independent manufacturers’ representatives while promoting advanced HVAC and cooling solutions to end users, consulting engineers, contractors, and OEM partners. Key Responsibilities • Recruit, develop, and manage independent manufacturers’ sales representatives within the region • Drive regional sales growth and ensure representatives achieve territory goals • Promote engineered HVAC solutions to owners, end users, consulting engineers, contractors, and OEMs • Provide product and application training, including equipment sizing and selection tools • Support representatives at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings • Coordinate with factory engineering teams on custom projects and technical specifications • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the region • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the industry • Act as the primary liaison between factory teams and regional representatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education/industry experience • Minimum 5 years of experience selling engineered HVAC equipment or mission-critical cooling solutions • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment selection preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common sales tools Work Environment This role requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned region to support sales representatives, customers, and industry events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
