Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary Kishigo, a Bunzl company, is a leading manufacturer of PPE for construction, manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, and electrical utility markets. The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales in several large accounts in the Central Region of the United States. Pay or shift range: $80,000 USD to $110,000 USD Travel Required: Yes, up to 50% of the time. Responsibilities Increase sales through deeper penetration within existing accounts. Understand customer agreements and execute all program commitments, including marketing activities, rebates, and training. Meet or exceed assigned strategic initiatives and sales budgets for strategic and territory customers. Lead customer conversations with business insights to establish value and address pain points. Drive, grow, and track sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics through manufacturer rep groups, buying groups, and distribution representatives. Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill‑rate expectations, and inventory levels. Develop strong relationships that span all key account organizations. Present and promote value to key decision makers within all key accounts. Negotiate customer‑specific and core product programs. Answer questions regarding products and their applications accurately. Present new product innovations to expand the product portfolio at key accounts. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive pricing strategies within all assigned accounts. Communicate and cooperate productively with all departments. Coach and develop talent to position the Kishigo brand and its value with Sales Agency partners and customers. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or professional selling preferred. Minimum of 2+ years industrial sales experience with a manufacturer or distributor. Business acumen around accounting, P&L, margins, forecasting, performance metrics, etc. Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Knowledge of safety products is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self‑motivated, focused on continuous improvement. Outstanding customer service skills; able to work in a diverse team setting. Excellent analytical, organizational, executive‑level oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Up to 50% travel required in support of customer visits, strategic planning, training, tradeshows, etc. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available to employees and eligible dependents starting the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. 401(k) retirement plan with a company match of $0.75 per $1.00 contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay, available after 30 days.
