As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact professionally with customers and team members, report observations, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
