Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviours. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilising available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organised, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behaviour that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications Foundational skills required for this position: Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
