Job Summary Seasonal part‑time Brick Specialist on the LEGO® Brand Retail team delivering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans. Responsibilities Deliver a signature experience for every guest by greeting, operating cash register, and maintaining a professional, friendly, engaging manner (80%). Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning duties, display upkeep, and adherence to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%). Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of shortages (10%). Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Process information and merchandise through the register system. Work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Freely access all store areas—sales floor, stock areas, register area, loading dock. Meet physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, ladder climbing, and lifting at least 30 lb. Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and a minimum of three days per week; full‑time potential for high performers. Qualifications Part‑time, seasonal position requiring a high‑energy, enthusiastic individual comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting. Physical stamina to meet the specified requirements.
