Knowledge & Innovation Attorney - Litigation

Job Description
- Develop and maintain knowledge resources to support the litigation team in delivering high-quality legal services.
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve practice efficiency and client service.
- Conduct research and provide insights on legal developments, trends, and best practices in litigation.
- Draft and update templates, checklists, and other practice resources to support the team's work.
- Facilitate training and development sessions on knowledge management tools and resources.
- Work closely with the IT and innovation teams to implement technology solutions tailored to the litigation practice.
- Support the firm's business development efforts by creating and updating pitch materials and client-facing resources.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across practice groups and offices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- JD-qualified with 5-7 years' litigation experience
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Technology-minded, with an interest in AI and knowledge systems
- Experience collaborating with partners in a large law firm
