Business Development Manager

BDR ManagerThe BDR Manager works to develop and manage our growing BDR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales execution and performance across the team, working primarily in the SMB and mid-market across both inbound and outbound programs. As the BDR Manager, you will build out the team, measure BDR performance, monitor & coach daily activity such as calls & emails, implement optimizations, and work across both sales and marketing organizations to develop and hand-off high-quality opportunities.
