Production Manager - 4-day weekend every other week! Brand‑New, State‑of‑the‑Art Manufacturing Facility Flexcraft is opening a new manufacturing facility and is seeking a Production Manager to help launch and lead high‑performance operations. Shift: 12‑Hour Nights (2‑3‑2 Rotating Schedule) This Position Follows a Repeating 2‑3‑2 Pattern Important Note: We utilize a tool called Culture Index as part of our recruiting and employee development process.
