Certified Nurse Midwife - Orlando Health - Full Time

Job Overview Full‑time OBGYN Midwife Hospitalist position at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, part of OHMG Women’s Service Line. The role provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor & delivery, postpartum, and women’s triage services across the Orlando Health network (Winnie Palmer Hospital, Lake Mary Hospital, and South Lake Hospital). Responsibilities Provide care for 14 clinical twelve‑hour shifts per month (variable shifts). No on‑call. Deliver labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecology, and obstetrical triage services. Work collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice providers in an acute care environment. Support 24/7 coverage as part of the hospitalist team. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree or higher from an ACME accredited midwifery program. Licensure & Certification: Certified Nurse‑Midwife (CNM) by the AMCB, renewed every 5 years; active Florida APRN license as CNM, renewed every 2 years; current BLS, NRP, and healthcare provider certifications. Experience: At least 2 years of practice as a CNM; candidates with a strong midwifery or nursing background may be considered. Preferred experience first assisting in surgical procedures; willingness to learn will be considered.
