About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader with the potential to transition into a CEO role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and executing an AI-powered marketing framework that seamlessly integrates Web2 and Web3. This hands-on role demands a professional who can not only strategize but also actively participate in performance tracking, campaign execution, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with a strong focus on conversion metrics and funnel efficiency, adept at both scrappy and structured marketing tactics, and experienced in bridging the Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. Key responsibilities for this role include developing advanced attribution models, launching high-impact campaigns across various channels, and owning the analytics and reporting process to drive insights into customer acquisition cost, retention, and funnel health. The role also requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in assets, messaging, and performance measurement. The candidate should be pragmatic, with a solid understanding of platform limits, privacy laws, and regulatory frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to lead the growth engine of a next-gen company and play a pivotal role in its potential evolution into a CEO position as the business expands.
