Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside our Marketing team to support national marketing initiatives for Massage Heights and Heights Wellness Retreat. This hands-on internship offers experience across social media, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, email and SMS campaigns, and franchise marketing operations. You'll contribute to projects that help build practical marketing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Create and maintain the national social media content calendar for Massage Heights. Write engaging captions and marketing copy for social media, email, and SMS. Develop local social media content templates for franchise locations. Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Assist with scheduling and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns to support guest engagement and retention. Assist with the creation and scheduling of email, SMS, and app notification campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing team on content creation, campaign planning, and marketing initiatives. Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas. Help organize and maintain franchise social media accounts. Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and marketing analytics. Support additional marketing projects as needed. What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with major social media platforms and current content trends. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Comfortable creating short-form content, photography, or video. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn. Interest in digital marketing, social media strategy, and franchise marketing.
