Shift/Schedule

FULL-TIME

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

 

Position Summary

Ensures that SENCO’s inventory gets shipped out promptly and effectively. Accurately tracks and records placed shipments in compliance with company standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Works with the shipping carrier to schedule inventory pick-up.
• Work closely with Customer Service to push through any order requests, for example, emergency requests, cancel requests, or rush requests.
• Pull delivery receipts and upload and file them in the correct location.
• Communicate frequently between SENCO’s Customer Service team and Sales Team.
• Communicate professionally to both internal and external customers.
• Print and input customer orders into JDE.
• Create BOL’s.
• Do other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience is highly preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience with JDE is strongly preferred.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Has a strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision.

Requirements

• Can commute to the office daily.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to walk throughout SENCO’s manufacturing campus, up to 530,000 square feet.
• Must have proficient math skills and be able to read, write, add, and subtract.
