Head Of OTC Trading
We are a profitable cryptocurrency-based startup, and we're growing at an exciting pace. We're seeking a Head of OTC Trading to work to take our OTC Trading Desk to the next level. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the OTC Trading strategy, and work with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute on trading initiatives
- Oversee the risk management for trading operations to mitigate risk for trading positions
- Manage an internal, growing team of traders
- Grow the OTC business through effective sales and marketing
- Work with compliance, to ensure regulatory compliance of trading practices
- Other responsibilities as needed
Skills We're Seeking
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with trading
- 3+ years of experience in a trading leadership position
- Experience managing and leading traders
- Experience growing trading desks through sales and marketing
- Passion for crypto
Nice To Have
- Experience trading cryptocurrencies
