What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the OTC Trading strategy, and work with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute on trading initiatives
• Oversee the risk management for trading operations to mitigate risk for trading positions
• Manage an internal, growing team of traders
• Grow the OTC business through effective sales and marketing
• Work with compliance, to ensure regulatory compliance of trading practices
• Other responsibilities as needed

Skills We're Seeking

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with trading
• 3+ years of experience in a trading leadership position
• Experience managing and leading traders
• Experience growing trading desks through sales and marketing
• Passion for crypto

• Experience trading cryptocurrencies
