Leasing Specialist - Drive Leases & Resident Experience
DTN
DTN is seeking a Leasing Agent in Grand Rapids to generate and convert leads into lease agreements and provide excellent resident service. You will tour properties, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Leasing Manager to meet occupancy goals.
Ideal candidates are organized, comfortable with social media and reputation management, and able to use Microsoft 365 and property management software. A high school diploma is required and reliable transportation is a must.
