Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney - Technology Clients

A leading technology-focused intellectual property litigation boutique representing global technology companies in high-stakes IP disputes, patent litigation, trade secret litigation, and complex commercial litigation is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its San Francisco office.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, newsworthy IP matters from day one, with immediate client contact, direct partner access and collaboration, and meaningful opportunities for hearings, depositions, and substantive courtroom experience in the near term.

The compensation range for this position is $260,000–$420,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Patent litigation experience is strongly preferred. Relevant experience in copyright, trade secret, and right of publicity / NIL matters is also valued.
• Strong academic credentials
• Active California Bar membership, in good standing
