We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver personalized therapy services, including vocational and educational activities, under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist following the patient's Plan of Treatment. Responsibilities include training patients and their families in managing daily skills such as dressing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene, documenting patient progress, and participating in care coordination and discharge planning to meet patient needs. Qualifications required are a current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and CPR certification. Preferred experience includes home health care. Compensation ranges from $41.00 - $57.00 per visit/unit or $64,000 - $87,500 annually . The role involves driving, requiring proof of personal vehicle insurance, and adherence to TB screening protocols.
