Territory Manager

Job Summary Operational responsibility for assigned district location(s) within the area with accountability for safety, customer experience and operating KPI performance. Maintain operational efficiencies through effective management of staff and assets. Manage a multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing and motivating employees to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred. Five or more years of experience in a related management role. Experience in the propane industry is a plus. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage in a multi-unit setting. Effective at training, inspiring and motivating employees to function with minimal daily supervision. Committed to world class safety and customer service.
