Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches, to provide effective care to clients.

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and integrity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, offering support to individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Our focus includes clients dealing with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license valid in Michigan.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal regulations related to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
