You'll own the systems and processes that make our commercial organization more efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Operations.
• Build scalable outbound systems.
• Own Apollo implementation and optimization.
• Own HubSpot CRM.
• Implement AI-powered GTM workflows.
• Build outbound sequences.
• Develop Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
• Design lead scoring models.
• Improve conversion rates across the funnel.
• Build executive dashboards.
• Improve forecasting accuracy.
• Optimize pipeline management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations.
• Expert in:
  • Apollo
  • HubSpot
  • Clay (preferred)
  • ZoomInfo
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Outreach
  • Salesloft
• Experience implementing AI within sales organizations.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• CRM architecture experience.
• Process optimization mindset.
• Excellent project management skills.
