The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Performs dimensional inspections of components and finished products using various metrology tools.
• Documents inspection results accurately and maintains detailed quality records.
• Conducts in-process quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to production standards.
• Identifies and reports non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Assists in the investigation of root causes for quality defects and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Calibrates and maintains inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborates with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
