This role is key in keeping our production line running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time. Daily tasks include: Setting up and changing over the machine for different products, packaging, and films Loading rolls of wrap/film as needed Troubleshooting and fixing issues to minimize downtime Monitoring labels, lot codes, and best-by dates for accuracy using the Packaging Checklist Labeling and boxing finished product in the correct configurations Breaking down and cleaning machine parts between flavor changes Performing routine cleaning: blowing off crumbs, sweeping, sanitizing work areas, and washing equipment/floors What We’re Looking For: Mechanical aptitude—experience with machinery, troubleshooting, or basic repairs preferred Strong attention to detail for labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to cross-train and support the team as needed Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shift Full-time or part-time hours available Why Join Us?
