Overview Growing organization is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a complex multi-entity business unit. This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive finance leadership and operations teams. Highlights Compensation around $140K–$150K + bonus + relocation assistance available Leadership opportunity managing accounting and AP teams Exposure to executive leadership and future IPO environment Strong mix of strategic oversight and hands-on operational accounting Qualifications Strong experience with consolidations, month-end close, and financial reporting Background in multi-entity or complex operational environments Experience with ERP/reporting systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Workday, or similar 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities Relocation to LA will likely be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
