Head of Analytics and Data Governance About the Company Well-regarded organization in the food & beverage industry Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Analytics to establish and oversee its enterprise analytics and data governance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the organization's extensive member, supplier, contract, and transaction data into a strategic asset that fosters savings, compliance, growth, and provides unique insights for both members and suppliers. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading data analytics and BI teams, a proven track record in advancing from reactionary BI to predictive analytics, and advanced expertise in data governance strategy and processes. Experience with Snowflake and MS Azure is essential, as is a background in working with executive, board, and C-suite leaders across both IT and business domains. While not mandatory, experience in the procurement and marketing/e-commerce domains is considered a valuable addition. The ideal candidate for the Head of Analytics position at the company will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving the organization's data initiatives to new heights.
