Position Summary Indivior is seeking an IT Supply Applications Senior Manager who can leverage strong functional hands‑on applications and reporting experience in supporting SAP and related applications for the Supply function covering Supply Chain & Distribution, Manufacturing and Quality. The Senior Manager will work closely with key Supply business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver continuous improvement roadmap opportunities. The role relies heavily on internal consulting skills, Supply, Manufacturing and Quality operations knowledge, and SAP expertise to improve processes and reporting within a pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities Supply Application Strategy Determine strategy and roadmap for Supply business functions Keep abreast of manufacturing, regulatory, industry and technology changes Stakeholder Management / Partnership & Governance Work with supply business to identify business and IT roadmap opportunities Increase the efficiency and utilization of systems within the wider business Mature IT / Supply governance and lead regular business reviews Ensure all super users are trained and have access to support and materials Work with super‑user groups to implement best practices across the population Application Management Manage license and vendor relationships for support partners and software vendors Partner with internal and external vendors on development and support; prioritise and escalates issues Work with business and Information Security to identify and mitigate security risks Support audits to ensure system compliance with all relevant policies Define and evolve application management approach including change management and application administration Team and Project Leadership Build collaborative relationships with key business partners and IT colleagues to support solution implementation Lead offshore and onsite vendor and internal support teams across geographies to meet SLA’s Coach team members and guide external vendors to meet business objectives Manage IT and business‑facing projects, ensuring schedule, budget and quality Manage risks, issues and decisions in a timely manner Identify workload and resourcing constraints and propose prioritisation options Procedures and Controls Mature IT and business processes and associated training documentation Review and approve IT procedures and controls Application Support and Administration Lead teams that manage day‑to‑day incidents and requests for business systems under SLA’s Maintain system operation in line with Indivior policies and SOP’s Perform ongoing training and support for super users and users Oversee interfaces and critical jobs Execute and review scheduled Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX) and IT General controls Projects and Enhancements Act as project manager for system improvement projects and related projects Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, customization, testing, documentation, deployment and training Collect business requirements and assess enhancement requests for Supply SAP applications Design and implement solutions and continuous process improvements Author training & knowledge articles, SOP documents, functional and technical design documents per Good Documentation Practices Lead test preparation and execution per defined testing standards Define cutover and deployment plans and lead rollout to business teams with communication, training and support Qualifications Minimum 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering or Supply / Operations with focus on Information Technology Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences / Manufacturing Proficient with Windows, MS Office, ValGenesis, ServiceNow Extensive SAP knowledge (MM, SD, PP‑PI, WMS, IBP, BI, Power BI) At least 7 years of IT Management experience for Supply function applications and business processes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment Minimum 10 years SAP MM, SD, PP, WMS experience with significant integration knowledge across adjacent SAP modules and reporting At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience Experience operating within an SAP Global Template with multinational manufacturing and inter‑company processes Process re‑engineering experience optimizing global supply with internal and external manufacturing models Implementation and support experience of integrating SAP with external partners Knowledge of SAP SCM applications (APO‑DP/SNP, Flexible Planning) and SAP IBP Demand/Supply Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution, Quality and Serialization systems such as TraceLink Strong track record of contributing to projects and achieving results within a regulated environment Customer‑ and results‑oriented personality, effective communication, team skills, diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Flexibility in thinking and action, pragmatism in solving problems, comfortable adopting and adapting different roles Fluency in English How We Invest in Our People Competitive PTO plus company closure from December 24th to January 1st Annual Bonus 401(k) and Profit‑Sharing Plan – company match of 75% on the first 6% of contributions and profit‑sharing contribution equal to 4% of eligible pay U.S. Employee Stock Purchase Plan – 15% discount Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability coverage, health, dependent care and limited purpose flex spending and HSA options Adoption assistance Tuition reimbursement Concierge/personal assistance services Voluntary benefits including legal, pet insurance, critical illness coverage Wellness programs and other discounts and perks Ethical Standards Employee Obligations Have unquestionable ethics and integrity with willingness to stand firm amid pressure Know applicable policies and adhere to them Speak up if concerned Manager Obligations Maintain ethics and integrity as a lead Reinforce risk awareness, accountability and oversight Model and reinforce a speak‑up culture Equal Employment Opportunity EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
