Role Description This is a full-time, remote Salesperson role at Ron Prince Realty. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective buyers and sellers, conduct virtual consultations, and present property options that align with client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospects, preparing and delivering digital listing presentations, and coordinating virtual showings or property tours with local partners where needed. The role involves negotiating offers, guiding clients through the transaction process, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as lenders, inspectors, and closing agents. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, monitor market trends, and participate in online networking and outreach to grow the client pipeline.

• Candidates should possess strong sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional online presentation capabilities.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and follow-ups in a remote environment.
• Candidates should possess comfort with technology, including CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, digital document systems, and basic office software.
• Candidates should possess foundational real estate knowledge or the ability to quickly learn local market dynamics, property types, pricing strategies, and transaction processes.
• Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; a real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, where required) is preferred.
• Beneficial experience includes prior work in sales, customer service, or real estate, and a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
