Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close without ever being pushy. You earn trust quickly and use it.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.
Reliable attendance and professional image you show up on time, polished, and ready
Charismatic, high-energy presence extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
Goal-oriented and results-driven you know your numbers and you care about hitting them
Strong empathy paired with sales drive you read the customer and adjust accordingly
Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot you resolve, you don't deflect
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strong plus in South Florida markets
Demonstrates positive customer interactions, listens actively, and follows service standards to create a great customer experience.
Completes tasks reliably, stays focused on priorities, and takes responsibility for individual performance tasks are done fully and correctly.
Addresses routine challenges, makes sound day-to-day decisions, and asks for help when needed.
