Are you a licensed Michigan dentist tired of treating patients based on insurance? At our award-winning practice, you'll become part of a close-knit, experienced team dedicated to excellence.

Candidates must have at least 2 years experienced after dental school, open-minded to holistic principles (including mercury-free, mercury-safe), and want to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages without insurance restrictions. Here, you would be mentored to learn why we do what we do. This is important as many of our patients are referred by other health care providers. This is not an internship. We are looking for someone who wants a partnership and a long-term relationship..

Technology includes Dentrix, Dexis, VaTech CBCT, 2 Cerec Primescan acquisition units, 2 Cerec milling machines with sintering, glaze and stain in-office, PRP/PRF, one Fotona Laser and 2 Millennium ND/Yag lasers, Swiss Dental Implants and a skilled and stable team, some who have been here 20+ years. 4 doctor ops and 3 hygiene ops. Triple hygiene Mon-Thurs, alternating double/triple hygiene on Friday.

Balance: 4-day work week Tuesday-Friday, and no nights or weekends! 

Duties are within your licensure, plus your additional knowledge, skills and ability. Of course you'll do exams, but not 20-second quickies. We have built a reputation on spending quality time with our client-patients. All NP adult exams are 90 minutes in length with a doctor and do not include any type of prophy. You know, the way it's supposed to be!

• Mercury-free operative using the finest biocompatible restorative materials.
• Airway dentistry and bite imbalances
• Extractions and replacements (removable to fixed to implants)
• Must desire to put into practice the advancements in dental science and technology that most only read about.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Michigan state dental license, DEA license and malpractice insurance.
• Strong skills in patient care and patient assessment. Experience in pedo preferred, but not required. Dr Regiani does not usually see children.
• Read, speak and understand English and excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort
• Proficient in EHR systems such as Dentrix.
• Good time management skills (blueprint scheduling so you know where to be when as you work out of two ops and check hygiene pts!)
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• No CMS or managed care. We are FFS only and OON with both BCBS and Delta. You are free to offer the best treatment without any insurance restrictions.
