Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,512 per week

Travel PTA – Woodbury, NJ Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Woodbury, New Jersey. Job Summary As a travel PTA, you’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. The assignment is 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days, 5 days a week. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active New Jersey PTA license required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC prior to start. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and common post‑acute modalities. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred. Ability to work with medically complex and geriatric populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days, 08:30‑16:30 (5 × 8 hours) Contract length: 13 weeks Meal break: 30 minutes Potential float to other facilities within the region.
