Travel Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,484 per week

Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Pitman, New Jersey. The role involves working with patients recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum assignment: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, travel type. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings, including memory care and assisted living populations. Proficiency with PointClickCare and Net Health EMR systems. Ability to meet productivity expectations: 80% for PT and 90% for PTAs. Prior experience required; new graduates will not be considered. Candidates must be prepared to start contributing immediately. Compliance with New Jersey requirement for influenza vaccination for LTC employees and contract staff unless a documented medical exemption is provided. Resume required to submit for consideration.
