Job Description

You present yourself well as trustworthy and punctual with a great smile! You are eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow with a caring and fun team with high expectations.
You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces, without direct supervision, for a clientele expecting excellence with a smile!
ABSOLUTE MUST You have a personal vehicle, a driver's license, a smartphone, and e-mail.
Painter positions available in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties
Responsibilities
- Make on-site preparations such as taping, sanding, building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
- Following direction from crew leader for project quality and efficiency
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
Skills
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Able to lift heavy objects; work a long day on your feet
- Team player; get along well with others
- Able to follow directions and learn from more experienced painters
- Excellent brush and rolling of interior & exterior walls and trim
- Willingness to learn the use of spray machines
