SS&C Skyline is a leading property management and accounting software platform trusted by commercial and residential real estate organizations to streamline leasing, accounting, and operational workflows. As a Consultant on the SS&C Skyline team, you will serve as a client-facing advisor, delivering operational, analytical, business, technology, and project management consulting services to real estate clients navigating business transformation initiatives.

Locations: Forth Worth, TX, Jacksonville, FL

You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.

How You Will Make an Impact

• BPO client services and SaaS deployments including onboarding of companies, properties, units and tenants
• Manage and provide strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations
• Consolidated financial reporting package
• Bank reconciliations
• Track/report fixed assets
• Lease management
• AP processing utilizing third party processor
• Document operational processes
• Utilize F-9 Cumulus Report Writer

Required Experience

• Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI Property Management Software
• Experience as a Property Accountant in Commercial and Residential Properties
• Three years of Property Accounting experience
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
