Job Description

The 3rd shift warehouse supervisor oversees the smooth operation of the warehouse during overnight hours, managing a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members. This role focuses on day-to-day operational oversight to ensure productivity, safety, and accuracy in inventory handling throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of the overnight warehouse team
Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation
Monitor safety compliance and enforce warehouse policies
Manage workflow to meet shift goals and deadlines
Develop shift schedules to optimize staff coverage
Provide training and support to team members
Prepare and submit operational reports to management

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong skills in inventory management and team leadership
Experience with shift scheduling and coordinating teams
Effective problem-solving abilities
