Cat Scan Technician Job Type: Fulltime Schedule: Days, Nights, or Midshift available (5–8hr, 4–10hr, or 3–12hr shifts) Sign‑On Bonus: up to $20,000.00 About the Role Canyon Vista Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Cat Scan Technician to join our team. As a Cat Scan Technician, you will be responsible for performing CT scans and supporting diagnostic imaging studies while ensuring quality and safety. Responsibilities Demonstrate an understanding of radiographic positioning, radiographic technique, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control and quality control techniques. Perform routine diagnostic imaging studies as needed. Ensure that the patient examinations are performed accurately and timely. Provide accurate patient positioning, computer entries, and filming. Perform nuclear medicine scans according to protocols. Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to the radiologist prescribed protocols. Comply with hospital and imaging policy/procedures 100% of the time. Provide services to all patients, families, and physicians serving the population. Graduate of a JC/CAHEA approved program in Radiologic Technology. Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist. BLS certification.
