Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Position: 100% Onsite | Temp-to-Perm
Interview: In-person interview required
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble ready-to-use packaging systems for pickups.
- Handle cold chain shipments across different temperature ranges .
- Manage inventory of packaging systems, components, and gel packs.
- Prepare required shipment and GxP documentation .
- Refurbish reusable packaging.
- Safely handle dry ice and replenish shipments as needed.
- Use/understand systems such as WorldStar and Opstar .
- Follow TempTale temperature-monitoring device procedures .
- Issue domestic and international airline airway bills and manage return packaging assets.
- Identify shipping documentation, product temperature requirements, and replenishment needs.
Must-Have Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Good customer service and phone communication skills — will call locations to schedule pickup of empty packaging and temperature monitors.
- Basic understanding or experience with warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations .
- Ability to work in a cold chain/temperature-controlled environment and safely handle dry ice.
Preferred
- Experience with cold chain management .
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required .
