Role Description
Buscamos un/a Senior AI Platform Engineer para desarrollar soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa dentro de una plataforma conversacional de nueva generación. El rol será responsable de diseñar e implementar componentes que integran modelos fundacionales, agentes inteligentes, herramientas, APIs y sistemas corporativos, construyendo soluciones escalables sobre AWS que permitan acelerar la evolución de experiencias digitales. Trabajará junto a equipos de Producto, Arquitectura, Backend y DevOps impulsando la incorporación de capacidades de IA Generativa en una plataforma estratégica para la compañía.
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones utilizando modelos fundacionales (LLMs).
- Construir arquitecturas RAG para recuperación contextual de información.
- Desarrollar herramientas (Tools) e integraciones para agentes inteligentes.
- Integrar plataformas de IA con APIs y sistemas corporativos.
- Diseñar componentes para gestión de contexto, memoria y orquestación.
- Desarrollar servicios backend escalables sobre AWS.
- Monitorear y optimizar desempeño, calidad y costos de soluciones de IA.
- Colaborar en la evolución de plataformas basadas en Agentic AI.
Qualifications
- Más de 5 años de experiencia desarrollando software Backend.
- Dominio de Python.
- Experiencia en Node.js y TypeScript.
- Desarrollo de APIs REST.
- Arquitecturas de microservicios.
- Docker y Kubernetes.
- AWS.
- Testing automatizado.
- Git y CI/CD.
