Reception Teaching Assistant-September 2026 Milk Education is working with a primary school in Atherton (M46) who are seeking a temporary full-time Reception Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a child who has Autism. This temporary Reception Teaching Assistant role is to start September 2026 – December 2026. For this role, the school is looking for someone patient, nurturing, and accommodating to the child’s learning needs. The hours of work are 08:30 am – 15:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch break. The role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they are doing is performed to a good standard. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensuring the child’s needs are being met. You will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child.
