Full-time Music School Administrator - Cupertino, Palo Alto & Fremont, CA

Job Opportunity at Melody Academy of Music Melody Academy of Music is seeking a fun and professional full-time staff member to help administer our music school locations in Fremont, Palo Alto, and Cupertino, CA. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. The desired time commitment is Tuesday-Saturday with afternoons and evenings as the primary availability on the weekdays, 30 hours per week. These hours will be split between our Fremont, Cupertino, and Palo Alto locations. Primary responsibilities include: Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families Processing enrollments, sales skills relevant Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules General administrative tasks as needed The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. The pay rate is $20 per hour.
