work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Lead moderate-to-large engineering projects, balancing long-term project development with day-to-day operational reliability.
• Provide self-directed field engineering oversight, direction, and technical support across operations, maintenance, testing, and diagnostics.
• Develop and refine complex technical standards, procedures, calculations, designs, and regulatory documentation.
• Represent Our Client as the primary technical contact on major contracts, projects, and senior external stakeholder engagements.
• Direct, assign, and review work assignments for engineers, technicians, craft personnel, and administrative staff.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Demonstrated technical proficiency and core engineering competencies, with EIT/FE (Engineer in Training) certification strongly preferred.

Previous experience in power plants or utilities, along with a project or construction management background, is preferred.
