Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and associate activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns to site leadership.
• Support loss prevention and store operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with crowd management, and following post orders related to opening, closing, and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
