The Role:

We believe in 100% organic growth and exclusively promote from within. Every leader in our organization starts at the entry level. This role begins with mastering the fundamentals of direct B2B sales and transitions rapidly into leadership, team development, and campaign management based entirely on performance, not tenure.

Key Responsibilities: Execute face-to-face B2B sales presentations with prospective corporate clients and business owners. Acquire new business accounts and consult on commercial telecommunications and fiber infrastructure upgrades. Participate in daily training sessions on sales strategies, territory management, and leadership development. Master the sales cycle to eventually conduct interviews, train new team members, and oversee campaign performance.
