Construction Laborer
Dubuque, IA | $18-$20/hr | Evaluation-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Construction Laborers for a local construction company. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in the construction field. The company is looking to add multiple team members and is willing to train motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with finish work on residential and commercial projects
Help install cabinets, siding, and other construction materials
Perform general labor and job site cleanup
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support construction crews with a variety of project tasks
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Previous construction, labor, or trades experience is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available as needed
Weekend work is rare
