Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process, from the initial consultation through closing.
• Build strong relationships by understanding each client's goals, lifestyle, and long-term needs.
• Conduct buyer consultations and educate clients about market conditions, financing, contracts, and the purchase process.
• Preview properties, schedule and conduct home tours, and help clients evaluate their options.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers while advocating for your clients' best interests.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the transaction, providing an exceptional client experience.
• Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships within your sphere of influence and lead sources.
• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to master our proven systems, scripts, and business-building strategies.
• Attend weekly coaching, team training, script practice, and accountability meetings.
• Develop expert knowledge of the Southern Utah real estate market and stay current on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction activity using PLACE technology.

Qualifications

• Active Utah real estate license required.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to serve clients at a high level.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines while staying organized.
• Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Comfortable prospecting and consistently generating new business opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and implement proven scripts, systems, and processes.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Previous real estate sales experience preferred.
