We are seeking an Office Manager / Shipping Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities as well as oversee our administrative operations.

Office Manager / Shipping Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, including verifying quantities, labeling and packaging items, and confirming accuracy
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Track shipments and delivery dates, and update customers as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping information and order status
• Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Participate in cycle counts and stock audits as needed
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including dates, costs, and tracking numbers
• Organize and inventory office supplies and order more when needed
• Ensure that UPS & FedEx invoices are paid on time
• Provide general support to visitors who come into the office
• Plan in-house or off-site activities such as conferences and celebrations

Office Manager / Shipping Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
