This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location, although periodic visits to our outpatient office in Merced may be required. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to aid individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and relational challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, adhering to organizational policies as well as state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Engage and educate family members or significant others in treatment, facilitating their involvement in the therapeutic process to enhance client support systems.

• Foster positive professional relationships with team members, providing respectful communication and collaboration to enhance the effectiveness of care.

• Work alongside other clinicians, community organizations, and support services to create a comprehensive care network for your clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients in crisis situations, addressing urgent needs and coordinating appropriate interventions.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, sharing insights and experiences to foster a culture of ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. You will work with diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent care that respects varying backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid LMFT license in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
