Governance & IRB Analyst

Supporting a federal agency client's IT Governance function, the remote Governance & IRB Analyst will manage scheduling, documentation, and Investment Review Board (IRB) management while maintaining governance training and SharePoint resources. Key responsibilities: Develop meeting agendas and maintain agenda backlogs for IRB working sessions and board meetings Draft and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain governance documentation Administer the IT Governance SharePoint site, ensuring accurate content and document repositories Required qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal IT governance boards or equivalent executive-level governance functions In-depth knowledge of IT budgeting and governance-related disciplines Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint administration Experience developing and maintaining governance documentation and training materials Demonstrated experience preparing high-visibility, executive-level presentation materials
